Data collected via the form or email (name, contact details) are processed by the publication manager in order to respond to contact requests. It is not passed on to any commercial third party.

Due to the nature of the sworn financial expertise services presented on this site :
- Strict Secrecy: All data transmitted as part of a “Confidential Exchange” is covered by the professional secrecy associated with the status of sworn expert before the Luxembourg courts.
- Document integrity : Documents entrusted for analysis are stored in secure environments and are accessible only to the expert in charge of the assignment.
- Judicial communication: No information will be divulged to third parties, except by judicial requisition or within the strict framework of a court-ordered appraisal mission.
